Magnificent women's ensemble comprising skirt, blouse and shawl. The fine cotton skirt features a large yellow/red herringbone pattern with reserve decoration, and is lined at the bottom with a thick green cotton band. The waistband features a woven border with additional weft and appliqué decoration (150 x 80). The pretty short-sleeved choli blouse with yellow background features a plangi pattern (white, red, green and beige) and closes with four buttons (32 x 68). The large shawl is beautifully decorated with printed ajrakh stamps (200 x 84). Rajasthan, Jalor, Northwest India.
