Secretary desk in veneered wood with leaf inlaid in filleted frames. The top half opens into a drawer with a crossbar underlined by a flap revealing two niches and a drawer, and the bottom half opens into three drawers. The sides are curved and the uprights chamfered. It stands on four legs, the front of which are arched. It is topped with Breche du Languedoc marble. Bronze trim such as falls, keyholes, pull handles, sabots and apron. 20th century (broken marble, minor veneer chips, two handles added, one foot damaged and restored).
