HISTORY - FALLIERES Armand (1841 - 1931) - Autograph letter signed
Studied law in Paris and Toulouse and was Mayor of Nérac from 1871 to 78. He was responsible for many projects, including the creation of secular schools, a library and the town hall. Several times a minister, he was President of the Council and President of the Republic from 1906 to 1913.
