Rare knight's cross of the Royal Order of Spain, in gold, with five red enameled branches, gold centers in two pieces, blue enameled legend, on the obverse the lion erect crowned with Aragon, around the motto: "VETUTE ET FIDE", and on the reverse the tower of Castile and the motto: "JOS. NAP. HISP. ET. IND. REX. INS"; red stitched ribbon with black and white band in the middle; width 40.5 mm, height 39 mm, gross weight 15.5 g. (Some missing red enamel on two branches). First Empire period. Very good condition.
