An Medieval Seljuk bronze ewer decorated with large, twisted grooves on its pear-shaped body. The jug tapers into a narrow neck, with the top of the jug in the form of an oil lamp. For similar see: Islamic Metalwork from Afghanistan (9th-13th century), n. 95.
