Ca. AD 600 - 800. A bronze ring featuring a decoration of five concentric circles arranged in a cruciform pattern. This motif represents the five wounds of Jesus Christ and is meant to remind the wearer of how Christ suffered and the ultimate sacrifice he made for humanity.
