Celadon jade jug, yi, China, late 19th/early 20th century Rectangular in cross-section, the archaic form and decoration with incised motifs in light relief of Taotie masks and stylized birds, the handle emerging from a chimera head, the stone showing some brown-gray veins, with a wooden lid with motifs of a Taotie mask, and openwork chilong dragons and the jade handle openwork with leaves and lotus flowers, with a wooden base (not adapted).
