Dimensions: H: 76; W: 43; D: 32 cm Christian Charvet was born in Saint-Etienne in 1951. His painter grandfather instilled in him a taste for drawing and painting, and for the arts in general. He entered the Ecole Polytechnique in 1971, and in addition to the scientific teaching which enabled him to develop his geometrical mind, he spent two years taking drawing and painting classes with Lucien Fontanarosa and Hervé Loillier. He has been practicing sculpture since his arrival in Brussels in 2003, perfecting his art and techniques in several workshops.
