The dial, with its attractive applied foliage decoration, features a white enamel chapter ring with Arabic numerals forming the hours, signed "Zacharie Raigo à Tournay". Exposed skeleton movement with eagle-shaped balance wheel. It stands on a rectangular base in royal red Belgian marble with pearled borders, supported by four small ball feet.
