Ca. AD 100 – 300. A Roman 23.5 ct gold ring composed of a flat section hoop, culminating in a bezel set with an oval-shaped carnelian intaglio depicting the goddess “Fortuna”. Repaired. This piece has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
