A Marlin Mod. 1894, Take-down lever action rifle Cal. .25-20WCF, SN. 185088, somewhat dull barrel, length 32". Full magazine. On barrel company name and patents up to 1893, gray action, slightly spotted, on top "Marlin Safety", upper grip band under Lyman sight marked "Model 1894". Original finish lightly spotted and scratched in places, light impact marks on the left side of the barrel root and in the area of the takedown system. Two-piece walnut stock. Slight signs of age and use. Length 126 cm. Rare version of this popular Marlin model.
