Ignacio Gallo (1887 Valladolid - around 1935 or 1956 Paris) attr; Stag group Bronze, dark brown patina. Sign. stamp. "Gallo". Brown stained wooden base. On an irregularly shaped, rock-like plinth in full relief, finely detailed, vividly depicted group with the depiction of a dozen deer set by three hunting dogs, inspired by Pierre-Jules Mène and other French animaliers of the 19th century; overall height 57 cm. Attributed to Ignacio Gallo (1887 - circa 1935 or 1956). Dark brown patinated bronze on brown stained wooden base. Signature stamp "Gallo".
