A group of calligraphic panels, Persia, 17th-19th century, comprising a single line of bold black naskh on a pink and blue marbled ground, 17.2 x 6cm.; a single line of bold black muhaqqaq within a pink border, 27.5 x 12cm.; a qur'anic folio with 7ll of black and gold naskh to the page, 22 x 14cm.; a calligraphic exercise with 3ll. of bold black muhaqqa, gold rosettes, 17 x 11cm.; a quranic folio with 12ll. of black naskh arranged in two panels and three headers in gold 23.5 x 15.5cm.
