Over three lion's feet, a shell-shaped body made of fine bands in relief, decorated with leaf and flower tendrils over a linear ground. The hinged lid consisting of an embedded shell. Decorated with gordons at the base, framed by engraved vines. Central depiction of a lyre framed by leaves and volutes on a base. Lined inside with beige silk fabric.
