Xuan Nhi Luong was a Vietnamese teacher and painter, famous for his portraits of young women and landscapes of idyllic life.
Nicknamed the "Master of Greens" for his use of this color in his landscapes, he wielded a soft chromatic range and a delicate touch.
His painting is in keeping with a tradition of Vietnamese and Western themes and techniques.
