Classicist silver sugar bowl. Oval, bulbous body over a flat base. Smooth wall surrounded by a pearl frieze, laurel festoons in relief and flowers. Correspondingly decorated, domed inverted lid, the center with a fully sculpted bud finial. Marked, tremolier line, hallmark, year letter "f", master Georg Nicolaus II Bierfreund (becomes master 1778). Weight approx. 195 g. H. 10,3 cm. 13.8 cm x 11.3 cm. Cf. cat.
