Meissen "Kind, auf einem Stecken reitend" so-called "Hentschelkind", designed by Konrad Hentschel in 1905, underglaze blue sword mark after 1934, 1st choice, incised model number W119, embossed number 150 and brush number 40.naturalistic moulding with polychrome underglaze and overglaze painting, a striding child with a drum lying on its side as a support, playing and holding a stick between its legs, the right foot and the end of the stick restored, otherwise good condition, h 18.5 cm. Meissen wall plate "Kinderreigen" Designed by Hans Rudolf Hentschel in 1915, monogrammed in the motif, underglaze blue sword mark after 1934, 1st choice, incised model number E243, embossed number 19 and brush number 5.slightly domed form with cobalt blue underglaze painting, the mirror depicting a spring landscape with four children dancing around a flowering willow, crowned by chirping birds and framed by blue mirror thread, wire as wall mounting, rare plate, a tiny "flea bite" above the willow, otherwise good condition for its age, d 25.5 cm.
