Bröcker, Erich - 1893 Munich - 1963 Munich, "Voralpenlandschaft mit Schafherde", oil/canvas, partially impasto application of paint, shepherd in a wide landscape by the lake with his flock, signed and inscribed 'München' at lower right, approx. 51x91cm, frame approx. 68x117cm. Bröcker was a Munich landscape painter who preferred to paint landscapes in the Dachauer Moos and in the foothills of the Alps.

Adolf HOLZEL (1853-1934). Still life with guitar. Drawing signed and dated 1927. Height: 34.5 - Width: 39.5 cm (view) German painter (1853-1934). Hölzel first trained at the Vienna and Munich academies in the 1870s. He then co-founded the New School of Painting in Dachau with Ludwig Dill and Fritz von Uhde. In 2011, Stuttgart's Kunstmuseum presented over 200 of Hölzel's works in an exhibition dedicated to him.
