Collection comprising the text only of the first part (from the 5th to the 15th century), a handwritten table of plates, and 74 colored plates (out of 78), all engraved by Gatine after drawings by Lanté. Copy enriched with 20 engraved and colored plates from the Keepsake Album of French court costumes from Charles VIII to Louis XIV, drawn by Compte-Calix and engraved on steel by A. Portier. A good copy. Covers and corners worn.
