Rectangular silver and silver-gilt (800) minaudière with grooved decoration.
The lid is decorated with chased and openwork flowers and foliage, punctuated by small ruby cabochons in closed setting.
The interior reveals two mirrored leaves and five compartments, three of which are covered (compact, probably matches and cigarettes) and one containing two cases, one for rouge, the other for perfume.
Gilded silver (800) geometric-shaped clasp, decorated en suite.

Scratches from use, missing ruby, stains on the mirrors.
