Grande Fine Champagne 1825 is a historic cognac bottled by the wine merchant Eschenauer & Co. Eschenauer & Co. was founded in 1821 by Louis Eschenauer, a Bordeaux-based wine merchant. The company also sourced cognac, which it would itself age for several decades and bottle under its own name.
