In folio (36 x 27 cm), [4] pp. in cover illustrated with the British Royal Arms in color and title in black lettering, white string. First title page with photographic portraits of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh in medallions within a silver border. The menu, on the third page, is surrounded by photographic portraits of the many chefs who volunteered for this banquet (the evening was organized in aid of the works of H.M. the Queen of England and was attended by 320 guests): 3 English chefs, 4 Belgian chefs, 4 French chefs, 1 Italian chef and 1 American chef (+ the master sommelier and master cheesemaker), under the responsibility of Maître-Queux Arthur A.J. VANDENBROUCK.
