Paul DOUMER Set of 15 menus and 1 program for the Présidence de la République during Paul DOUMER's term of office (June 1931 - May 1932), including 1 menu for JULY 14th, cardboard (10 x 15 cm) with Paul Doumer's gilded monogram and Présidence de la République letterhead, contextual information (excluding the location of the meal) taken from handwritten notes on the back of the menus. - Luncheon on June 25, 1931 for the International Publishers' Congress. - Dinner on June 29, 1931 for the 1931 Salon, 135 guests. - Lunch on JULY 14, 1931. - Luncheon on July 18, 1931 in honor of the DUC and DUCHESSE OF YORK (33 diners). - Luncheon on August 6, 1931 at Rambouillet. - Luncheon on August 19, 1931 at Rambouillet in honor of the KING OF IRAQ [Faisal I]. - Luncheon on October 23, 1931. - Luncheon on November 7, 1931 for the Paris Colonial Exhibition (93 guests). - Luncheon on November 21, 1931 in honor of the Prix de Rome (45 place settings). - Luncheon on December 21, 1931 in honor of the KING [Alexander I] and the Queen of YUGOSLAVIA. - Luncheon on January 1, 1932. - Luncheon on January 25, 1932 in honor of the ROYAL PRINCE OF DENMARK [Frederick]. - Dinner on January 27, 1932 in honor of the diplomatic corps (164 guests). - Luncheon on February 3, 1932 in honor of the Comité républicain du Commerce (35 place settings). - Dinner on February 24, 1932 in honor of members of parliament, with the evening's musical program attached. After a funeral at Notre-Dame and the Pantheon, he was buried on May 12, 1932 in the family vault in the Vaugirard cemetery.
