Enclosed: Menu for the Arsenal dinner given by the President of the Republic, Émile Loubet, to the authorities of the Navy and Army, July 19, 1900 in Cherbourg. Cardboard (19 x 28 cm) illustrated in color with a naval scene by Jean Patricot and engraved by Devambez. Attended by the highest dignitaries of the Republic (Presidents of the Council, the House, the Senate and the Minister of the Navy), the reception for around 200 people was organized by Potel et Chabot.
