Attached, Adolphe Le FLÖ (1804-1887). French general and politician, Minister of War during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870. He distinguished himself during the capture of Constantine in Algeria in 1887. - L.a.s. "Gén. Le Flô" Bordeaux February 25, 1871, 3 pp. in-8 on his ministry's letterhead. He thanks Henri MARTIN for writing to his wife in Paris, recommending that he encourage the integration of a former Lieutenant de vaisseau into the Garde Nationale.
