Letting himself be inspired by the island's warm colors, uncultivated vegetation and the savory Mediterranean Sea, Eligio Egitto has given shape and soul to numerous pictorial works. His paintings are shrewd tributes to Sicily, whose every facet he has captured, from its inhabitants, rough as the sun-warmed earth, to the juicy and sweet fruits typical of the island.
