Manufacture de Sèvres 1844 Part of a tea service known as "Capraire" for King Louis-Philippe's table at the Tuileries Palace, in porcelain with a beautiful blue ground decorated with a capraire frieze in gold on the upper border, including: - Paestum covered teapot, H. 17 cm - Paestum covered sugar bowl with two lion's head handles, H. 15 cm (chip to rim) - Pair of cup-shaped cups, H. 7.5 cm - D. 12 cm and their saucers. D. 16 cm Marked with a blue vignette of the King's cipher dated 1844 for all the pieces and a red vignette of the Tuileries Palace for the pair of cups and saucers.
