Mahogany and mahogany veneer half-moon console table, opening with three drawers in the waistband, the sheathed uprights with bronze asparagus fluting joined by a crotch shelf lined with grey-veined white marble with an openwork gallery, revealing the original mahogany veneer. Tapered legs. Beautiful ornamentation of chased and gilded bronzes with alternating rows of pearls, fleurons and glyphs. Grey-veined white marble top. Stamp mark, most likely by Jacques TRAMEY, received as Master in 1781 after working as a free laborer. Mark in ink on the top and under the crotch shelf ".VV. ou .W.". Louis XVI period.
