It depicts an Ecce Homo according to the Passion episode, in which Christ is presented to Pontius Pilate. The base of our statuette, with its characteristic 18th-century scrolls and foliage, also features the Arma Christi motifs that traditionally accompany representations of this Christ-like iconography.
