Henry DASSON (1825-1896)
Bonheur du jour in mahogany veneer and elm burl.
The lower part, decorated with a grape cluster frieze, opens with a system drawer and stands on a curved fluted base with braces. The upper part, with its latticed steps, opens to reveal two leaves decorated with Japanese lacquer.
Signed Henry Dasson and dated 1878.
