Nollet/Original humoristic drawing that hasn't aged a day. Published in the album "Drôle de crise" in 1982. India ink signed. TBE+. A4 format André Nollet (1946) has taught graphic advertising at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp since 1982. In 1986, he set up his own agency, "Nollet Cartoons Creatie". He specializes in the creation and realization of campaigns in the fields of safety, the environment, awareness-raising, anti-bullying, etc., and develops these campaigns through cartoons. From 1980 to 1999, he was the sports cartoonist for Het Nieuwsblad newspaper. He is the spiritual father of the Oscar PALMKES character, published in all Flemish newspapers between 1987 and 1998. The "Krol en Brol" and "Joch" series in the Stipkrant are also his work, and for the monthly Raak he created the comic strip "Toontje Denise". From the end of 1999, he drew cartoons for the newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws - Ghent region - with Ghent news as the obvious focus. In 2002, he took over from his friend Brasser, drawing weekly cartoons for the weekly 't Pallieterke. He also works as a cartoonist for companies such as Electrabel, Quickstep, Volvo Cars, etc., as well as for the SNCB and the FGTB.
