Horn/Pair of large original drawings illustrating numerous humorous scenes that haven't aged a day. Published in the album "Drôle de crise" in 1982. India ink signed. BE a crease in the middle. 52 X 38 cm Fernand Van Horen (1909-2005), alias Horn, was a Belgian cartoonist and caricaturist who published over 10,000 drawings, mainly sports cartoons, for the Belgian daily Le Soir from 1936 to 1990. He eventually drew the weekly Le Week-end sportif, seen by Horn as a half-page spread in Le Soir, with the other half of the same (last) page reserved for the Petite Gazette.
