TBE+. 30 X 25 cm Gilbert Gascard (1931-2010), alias Tibet, was a French comics writer best known for his long-running Franco-Belgian series Chick Bill (69 albums from 1954 to 2010) and Ric Hochet (78 albums written by André-Paul Duchâteau from 1963 to 2010). In the 2000s, Tibet also tried his hand at novels and theater.
