Model to be compared with the engraving by FOLLET Edouard (1824-?) on page 193 of Oeuvres de Jean de La Fontaine : théâtre, fables, poésies, etc. (Nouvelle édition avec une introduction), 1877. Mentioned under the subject: "Jamais de mon trépas je me suis senti si proche Acte I scène X."
