Two-tone 18K (750/oo) gold transformation brooch featuring a double flower, the petals entirely set with round diamonds, the centers composed of removable Pompadours motifs each centered with a ruby (1 round and 1 oval) calibrating approx. 2 carats each (slight lack of material on one) in a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds. Can be worn as ear studs, screw systems. The rubies are accompanied by their GPL certificate attesting to Burmese origin, without thermal modifications.
