Sidonie Springer created an oeuvre that was already highly publicized during her lifetime, which included primarily figural themes that can be attributed to Symbolism and Art Nouveau. Sidonie Springer knows how to charge emotional themes symbolically, to implement them perfectly graphically and to set them in scene with symbolism. The "Two Sisters" are strictly composed as a triangle in front of a white background. The visible palms also form a triangle.
