MAXIME OLD (1910-1991) Elegant X-shaped stool in sycamore. The base is made up of two double Xs, with Sabre-type terminations and capitals evoking scrolls, joined at the center by a diabolo brace adorned with a central sphere. The two legs are joined at the sides and top by cylindrical moldings. The rectangular, suspended seat is (re)upholstered in white fabric. Circa 1945. Used condition.
