Marked K and Cyrillic DO for Dmitry Osipov on the low arm on the reverse under the enamel. Ca. 1900 - 1910. The order was instituted on 22 September 1782 by Empress Catherine II in memory of the deeds of Saint Vladimir, the Grand Prince and the Baptizer of the Kievan Rus.
