Mechanical movement signed Cartier Paris, mentions 18 Eighteen Jewels and 8 Eight Adjustments, Côtes de Genève and anglage decoration, straight-line lever escapement. It is held by a white gold (750‰) chain, green guilloche enamel stick link edged with pearls, embellished with a spring ring clasp numbered 4390.
