Nepal, 20th c.6 x 7 cmThe molded covered amulet box is decorated on the front of the lid with Manjushri sitting on a lotus and holding a sword, the stem of the lotus supporting the manuscript, the figure is constructed of semi-precious stones, the inside of the lid with the mantra 'aum ah hum', the inside of the box with a standing eight-armed Bodhisattva, partly composed of turquoise beads and the back with a mantra.Formerly from an East German private collection, collected before 2007 - Minor signs of age.
