Monte Carlo, Éditions Arts et Couleurs, 1980. 2 volumes in-4 royal blue suede, ornate smooth spine, author's and title pages in dark blue marble with gilt lettering, small gilt fleurons, upper boards adorned with an attractive enamelled plate decorated with a polychrome oriental scene surrounded by gilt fleurons, blue enamelled gilt metal fleurons with small gilt fleurons in spandrels, gilt head, in blue half-suede slipcases (publisher's binding). Edition decorated with numerous color illustrations in and out of text by Lucy Boucher in the style of Persian illuminations. The text printed in blue and green motifs for volume 1; red and pink for volume 2. Edition of 2,430 copies; no. 1723 of 1,730 on Arches vellum, in the publisher's fine deluxe binding with enamel decoration.
