A letter addressed to Major Magna begins as follows: "Dear Sir, It is decided that the conference with the Tunisian ambassador will take place at Shove, near San [...] in quarantine, I am in the process of preparing the tents and other accommodations for his reception, and all this for about four days. There are letters from Mr. Hargman to you and to me, but I cannot part with them." As for the other two, they are requests for payment.
