Acte fait en son nom, Fontainebleau, 1er novembre 1547. 1 p. gd in-folio oblong (51 x 26 cm) on vellum. Large seal of the king in good condition. Act written in the name of the king "By the king in his council" the "1st of our reign" for the benefit of the constable of Montmorency. This document coincides with the return in grace of this one. He received the lands of Planganeul, Malestruit and Fougères. The mandate on the back of the document indicates "to take position on the Lord of Châteaubriant".
