Set of 5 documents related to the Fieschi Affair. Pushed by Republican friends, Giuseppe Fieschi decided to organize an attack against Louis-Philippe, by making burst on July 28, 1835 an "infernal machine" while the king and his suite go to the Bastille in order to celebrate the anniversary of the revolution of 1830, making 48 victims of which the Marshal Mortier. The Court of Peers condemned Fieschi and his accomplices to the capital punishment. FIESCHI Giuseppe (1790-1836) L.A. addressed to the Cour des Pairs (s.l.n.d. [1835-1836]). 1 p. gd. in-8.
