In-4, XII-260 p, 1 large folding plan enhanced with watercolor, half Russian green bronze leather, smooth spine, gilt title and threading (dull headpieces, dusty and sunned boards, some rare browning). First edition of this agronomy memoir, precursor of the consolidation projects, illustrated with a large plan showing the organization of the agricultural lands around Rouvres (Côte-d'Or).
