Passenger et al, 1686. Two parts in one volume in-folio on havana calf (18th c. English binding), spine with 5 nerves and mute, triple fillet and angular fleuron decorating the boards, cold, traces of gilt roulettes on the edges, red edges (snags, stains and pen tests on the boards, upper bit split on head over qq. cm.). Last edition of this famous dictionary, in the version that includes the additions, corrections and geographical index written by Nicholas Lloyd (1630-1680), an English lexicographer trained at Oxford. The first edition was published during the author's lifetime in 1670; this one has been further enriched.
