Very beautiful pair of large flared neck vases with celadon green porcelain handles, with blue and brown decoration in light relief of fantastic birds in landscapes and rocks, peonies and butterflies. They are mounted in finely chased and gilded bronze, the handles formed of vine branches resting on female heads, the neck decorated with moldings and the foot set with a frieze of leaves in relief. Porcelain of the QING dynasty period. Mounting of the 19th century Louis-Philippe period.
