Bonheur du jour in mahogany and molded mahogany veneer opening two glass doors and two drawers in tiers, the folding top, a drawer in the belt and two leaves in the lower part. The uprights are fluted and the feet are tapered with flutes. White marble top. Ornamentation of gilt bronze including asparagus and openwork gallery. Louis XVI period. Stamped by Etienne Avril (1748-1791), cabinetmaker received master in November 1774.
