Marked: crossed swords in blue and in hollow: N68. 18th century, circa 1750. H. 14.5 cm. Small chips on the hat. This statuette is modeled after an engraving by Pierce Tempest after Marcellus Laroon the Elder, from the series of "Cryes of the City of London" published in 1688.
