A French Flintlock Pistol for Cavalry, Modèle ‘AN IX' Ca. 1806. Single shot flintlock pistol with smooth walnut full stock, round barrel in Cal. 17 mm and retained by a double brass barrel band. The flat iron lockplate signed: ‘M.re de Maubeuge’ (= Manufacture at Maubeuge). Brass trigger guard, thumb plate and butt-cap Flat iron cock and iron ramrod. Length: 39 cm.
